(ISSN 2231-7252) is an interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal published (online as well as in print form) by Hatam Publications, Malaysia. It is published 3 times in a year in April, August and December. It endeavors to cover wide range of scholarly research papers dealing with issues related to Islam and humanity in the context of various branches of knowledge: history, civilization, politics, economics, philosophy, sociology, anthropology, culture, Islamic thought, science and technology. JHI aims to maintain a spirit of syncretic pluralism in treating the problems of inter-faith dialogue and comparative study of faiths and religions and in dealing with other contemporary issues. JHI, in addition to peer reviewed papers, seeks to publish research notes, review-articles, and books reviews on the works that fall in the areas of its interest.
