Journal of Organizational Management (JORM) is a leading international peer review journal of Hatam Group and will be published quarterly in print form while online will be made available once ready galley proofed.

It provides global perspectives of the organization and Management to benefit educators, research scholars, practitioners, students and policy makers worldwide. It publishes high quality research and review articles, field reports, case studies and book reviews on the theory and practice of organization and management. It also publishes short communications and letters to editor. Peer Review Process

JHI is a peer reviewed journal. It publishes research papers online as well as in print form. The language, presentation, the temperament of free enquiry and quality of the research matters to us and they are the main criteria which are taken care off in the reviewing process.

We have a data base of experts of diffeerent fields of expertise and willing to review the reserch papers. Further, we also request the authors to sumbit names and contact addresses of potential reviewers in their area of research. The sectional editor selects 3 reviewers of the subject and requests them to help in reviewing the submitted research paper within 3-4 weeks. The reviewed artilces are refered back to the authors for their actions/responses/corrections/clarifications etc. as per comments of the reviewers. The authors are also aked to prepare the response sheet along with their resubmision. Thus few rounds of reviews are being done to improve the quality of the paper before its final publication.

If there is a difference of opinion among the memebrs of pannel of review about the acceptance of paper we involve a fourth reviewer to get his/her opinion before final decision.

Publication Frequency

The papers will be published as soon as they are ready, by adding them to the "current" volume's Table of Contents. There will be 3 issues of this journal per year. The paper print will be done on every 4rth month (April, August and December).
